  1. How Do I Place An Order?

    Step 1: Search for a book or select a book from the front page.

    Step 2: Enter number of copies for purchase and "Add to Cart" at the bottom of the book's page.

    Step 3: View the items and adjust the quantity in your shopping cart by clicking "View Cart" in the top right corner.

    Step 4: Proceed with checkout by selecting the delivery mode.

    Step 5: Proceed with checkout by selecting the payment mode.

    Step 5: Enter your personal details and confirm the order. Note: Business and after hours numbers must be provided.

  2. Where Do You Deliver To?

    Anywhere in Australia.

  3. What Are the Delivery Charges?

    $5 for one item, $10 for two or more; flat rate.

  4. What Payment Options Are Available?

    Delivery: Credit Card payment by phone.

    Pickup: Credit Card payment by phone and In-store payment options.

    If the Credit Card payment by phone option is selected, we will contact you on the details you have provided with your order for manual payment. Online payment is not yet available.

  5. I Have Placed An Order, What Now?

    We will contact you shortly for updates and payment once the order has been processed.

  6. What If My Order Has A Pre-Order Book?

    The order will be put on a waiting list and dispatched when ready. A call will be made for updates and payment once the ordered items are available.

  7. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

  8. How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?
